5月中旬投出，一审8月初，四个审稿人，两个直接接收，一个小修，一个大修，编辑给的小修意见，9月初发回，10月7日录用，过程很快，之前论文也投稿过amm，amc等数学期刊和cor等运筹学期刊，情况都是编辑拒绝，这次改投计算机方向的，情况很顺利
